1. ​​​​​​​When will I get my order?

We guarantee to process all in-stock orders within 2-3 business days on receipt of your order. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order’s shipping label has been created.


2. ​​​​​​​Which shipping provider do you use? Can you ship to a P.O. Box address?

We ship all domestic and international orders through the United Parcel Service (UPS). We ship most orders that are received within 2-3 days.We will ship to confirmed billing and Paypal address only. 


3. ​​​​​​​I haven't received a shipping notification via email. How can I track my package?

As your package is shipped, you will receive an automated email notification with your order’s tracking information. If you do not see this email in your inbox, please check your SPAM FILTER first. You can also reach out to aspirestyle@trybus.com with your order number, and we can resend you the tracking information.



1. ​​​​​​​Can I exchange product(s)?

Absolutely! If you receive an item that does not work for you, just email aspirestyle@trybus.com to request a prepaid return label and include which item and size you would like to receive as an exchange. We will make every effort to ship you your exchange the next business day.

If you would like to exchange for an item that costs less than the item you purchased, we will refund you the difference. If you would like to exchange for an item that costs more than the item you purchased, we will send you an invoice for the difference. Once the difference has been paid, your exchange will be shipped.


2. ​​​​​​​Can I get a full refund?

Yes, you have 30 days from when the date your order was delivered to return for a full refund. Please make sure items are returned in the same condition as when you received them - unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached.  

Please note, returns will not be accepted for a full refund if the tags are not attached, the items show signs of wear or are damaged.  

After the 30-day time frame, returns may be accepted at the discretion of AspireStyle and may only be refunded as store credit.

For sales items, returns will only be refunded as store credit.


3. ​​​​​​​Who pays for returns?

We are happy to pay for the return shipment of your order. Please include some feedback on the items you are returning. That feedback helps us improve our products!
